The Hill & Headland Penelope pussy bow blouse, ivory, was inspired by a vintage sample bought in Paris. Penelope has a collar stand that extends to create a tie neck that can be worn tied in a bow or looks lovely loose.

The Penelope pussy bow blouse, ivory, has gentle gathers at shoulder and sleeve head create a fluid body and full sleeves shape. The sleeves are drawn in at the cuff with rows of delicate shank buttons sitting neatly at the wrists.

This beautiful Penelope pussy bow blouse, ivory, also comes in blush.
