The 'Blue Swirl' stoneware jug has been created to complement our 'Blue Swirl' beakers. These jugs are simplistic and chic making them easy to combine with your existing crockery.
This colourway is the newest addition to what is a constant best-selling style. The 'Blue Swirl' is created by painting on a spiral of cobalt over a dip of white glaze. The cobalt is a stunning, vibrant blue colour that looks like a line of artist's ink added to the jug.
As each one is hand made on the wheel, then hand-dipped in glaze, and finally, hand-painted with the cobalt, there will be beautiful and charming variations from jug to jug, making yours somewhat unique.

Made by hand in London from British stoneware clay.
All glazes on dishware, jugs and beakers is food safe. These dishes are NOT overproof.
Stoneware is a robust type of pottery so it is dishwasher safe, although we do recommend handwashing.

The creation of clay as a material and then the firing stage of ceramics are not inherently highly sustainable, but we take steps to ensure our pottery is as sustainable as possible.
Our pieces are made from British clay which reduces the carbon footprint during materials transportation, and we create our collection in a West London ceramics studio with extremely high standards in material reclaiming and waste water purification.
