Crafted by skilled ceramicists in Portugal, the Casa Cubista Dash shot beaker is small but mighty! Every piece is individually wheel-thrown in terracotta, and then hand-painted in this high contrast, green design or blue design.
As the name suggests, these make great shot glasses- but it's up to you if that's a shot of espresso or a shot of tequila! We love them as egg cups too. Mix and match with the other Casa Cubista pieces for a dynamic and exciting table setting.

Materials & Care
Individually wheel-thrown and hand-decorated in Portugal. Made from local terracotta clay.
Prior to first use, all pieces should be washed by hand in hot soapy water, well rinsed and allowed to air dry. To maintain the integrity of the pieces (i.e., colour, glaze), dishwasher use is not recommended. The base of jugs, mugs and vases may initially sweat. This is normal, and will decrease over time. Please protect delicate surfaces that may be affected by watermarks. If using a vase or jug to hold flowers, please change the water daily. Some marks in the glaze are natural and expected, as is some crazing. This will not affect the use or durability of the pieces.

The creation of clay as a material and then the firing stage of ceramics are not inherently highly sustainable, but we take steps to ensure the pottery that we offer is made in a sustainably conscientious manner.
These pieces are made from local terracotta clay so there's minimal carbon footprint from material transportation, and are created by highly skilled artisans, so there is minimal waste.
